Athlone to Kiltoom on Sun, 27th Nov 2022

I want to go on a safe trip to Kiltoom Parish Hall from my student accommodation, Glen Abhainn Village in Athlone.
I want to be there at the Sunday the 27th and before 8pm. A friend of mine is having stage performance by then.
I'm also on a tight budget. If possible, I want to pay for a ride if it costs around €10-20.
